We had such a wonderful family vacation to Watersound, FL in 30A !
It was a longggg car ride with two wiggly boys, but it was so worth it for all the fun we had and memories we made! Here are some of the fun things we did!
Watercolor
I can’t say enough about the Watersound community! It is such a peaceful quiet neighborhood that is simply gorgeous!
They have a private beach and such amazing amenities! It’s truly amazing! I’m not sure I want to “beach” anywhere else! Ha!
Downtown Seaside
Downtown Seaside is such a sweet and historical little area. It’s almost like the “quad” on campus or something! If you’ve ever seen The Truman Show, you’ve seen downtown Seaside inside and out! (They used it as their town square in the movie).
There are so many cute shops and restaurants to grab a bite or some ice cream. Or in Jaden’s case a MASSIVE snow cone!
We also couldn’t go all the way to the Seagrove area and not get family “Seagrove” shirts! I mean our last name is GROVE after all!
AJ’s Water Adventures
We had the chance to take a sunset sailboat tour in Destin. AJ’s Adventure Tours was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! The crew was so awesome and personable. It was such a great attraction!
We also took a walk around the Harbor Walk in Destin. We LOVED it! We stopped in some fun shops and had a great meal at Rhymcay Island Grille which was so perfect! Loved all of their amazing food!
The Beach
We had the best trip and we’re so grateful we had this time together in such a beautiful place! It was so great to see the boys play in the sand and sun!
